He died in Albi, France, on July 23, 2024, at the age of 67, Mr. Pierre Angers, living in Quebec and Cambounet-sur-le-Sor, France.
Mr. Angers was originally from Malartic and lived for several years in Rouyn-Noranda. Beloved husband of Catherine Pyronnet, he was the son of the late Fernand Angers and the late Huguette Moffett.
In addition to his partner, Mr. Angers has his daughters: Marie-Pierre (Mario Tremblay), Anne-Marie (Guillaume Marceau) and Camille (Martin Vaïtchemé); his grandchildren: Jade, Méliane and Mael; his brother Denis (Joyce Hewitt); his partner’s children: Sandra, Joan and Ludivine; his partner’s grandchildren: Arsène and Charlie; mothers of his daughters: Denise Plante and Annie Gingras; his nieces, nephews, cousins; his former students and colleagues, as well as many parents and friends.
The family would like to thank the Albi oncology team for their kindness and the quality of care provided. She also wants to celebrate Ms. Pyronnet’s commitment and confidence.
