Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 3 tablespoons of flakes oats
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of plant milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of natural honey
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation
Wash, peel and cut the Mango to extract only the pulp. Tip: make a cut as close to the bone as possible to extract most of its flesh, you can freeze the cubed flesh to give the meat a thicker texture smoothie.
