During the 1st quarter of 2021, the O2i group recorded an increase in turnover of + 32.9% compared to the same period last year which was marked by the end of the retirement strikes in January and the pandemic from March. Compared to Q1 2019, the highest ever, revenue recorded in Q1 2021 grew by + 7.5% despite containment.

One of the strong points of the 1st quarter of 2021 is the very strong upturn in the training activity which recorded a turnover of 10.95 ME, an increase of + 43.5% compared to Q1 2020 and of +4, 9% compared to Q1 2019. This good level of activity achieved in a period still marked by the Covid-19, once again reflects the success of its 2,400 IT, Digital and Management training courses, accessible 100% from a distance and which represented over 60% of its billings over this period, compared to less than -2% in the 1st quarter of 2020.
CONTINUED SUSTAINED GROWTH IN ENGINEERING AT + 13.3%
The engineering activity confirms its good growth momentum with sales reaching 3.65 ME in the 1st quarter of 2021, up + 13.3% (+ 17% compared to Q1 2019).
Sales of the Adiict software suite reached EUR 0.23 in Q1 2021 against EUR 0.31 in Q1 2020 and EUR 0.23 in Q1 2019. Several contracts won in Q1 2021 but signed at the end of the period will only be recognized. from Q2 2021.
PERSPECTIVES
The group’s very good start to the year marks the return of growth for O2i. This should be confirmed over the rest of the year and across all of its businesses.
