NYPD seeks man after brazen shooting – NBC New York

NEW YORK – A gunman caught police attention after he stepped onto a Brooklyn sidewalk last week and unloaded his firearm at a couple of casualties in the middle of the day.

Police released a surveillance video over the weekend showing the cheeky gunman on a Sunset Park sidewalk around 3pm and starting shooting across the street. He fires several shots, the total is unclear, so he turns on his scooter and runs away.

The killer aimed the gun at two unknown victims, police said, but was unable to hit either of them during the attack. However, he left a car parked on 42nd street that was riddled with bullets.

No arrests have yet been announced; the investigation is ongoing.
