NYPD rules out bomb threat at New York University – NBC New York (47)

The NYPD ruled in jeopardy at New York University, but continues to investigate three bomb threats against Thursday night.

The school said the threats were made to the Stern School of Business, the Center for Neural Sciences and the College of the Hebrew Union. Police conducted a search after evacuating the buildings, but no unknown artifacts were found.

During the evacuation, students were urged to go to the Bobst Library or the Kimmel Center.

Over the weekend, similar threats were made at various universities across the country. All were deemed not credible by law enforcement.
