NYC subway attack suspect charged with terrorism

The alleged perpetrator of last month’s attack on the New York subway was charged with terrorism on Saturday.

The suspect, Frank Robert James, threw a smoke bomb and then opened fire on a subway train at rush hour, injuring 23 people.

If convicted of terrorism, Frank Robert James, 62, could be sentenced to life in prison.
