NEW YORK – For foodies, one of the city’s flagship events is coming to New York City.
This is the winter version of Restaurant Week, or New York Restaurant Week, the most awaited food festival in the whole Big Apple. The fixed price program invites you to taste the incredible variety of restaurants that make up the culinary culture of the five villages.
The event will start on January 17 and run until February 12, and people will be able to start making reservations from January 10.
The program will offer prix fixe menus starting at $30 at hundreds of participating restaurants and local favorites across the city.

What is New York Restaurant Week?
New York Restaurant Week is a biannual program celebrating New York City’s world-renowned food scene. Participating restaurants across the city offer specially priced menus for lunch or dinner, inspiring diners to try something new (and even break bread in another neighborhood).
Created in 1992 as a one-off culinary event to welcome the Democratic National Convention (DNC), the program has found a strong following among residents eager to dine at some of the city’s best restaurants.
When is New York Restaurant Week celebrated during the winter?
The program will run from January 17 to February 12, but restaurants can only participate for one, two, three or all four weeks.
They always advise to consult the page of New York Restaurant Week before booking to check that the offer is active at the restaurant of your choice. Saturday is excluded from the program and Sunday is optional. Be sure to check the opening hours of the restaurants you intend to visit.

What offers are available during New York Restaurant Week?
The Winter 2023 program features three fixed-price options ($30, $45, $60), which restaurants can offer during select meal times (lunch, dinner, or both). This facility allows for a greater variety of restaurants across the five boroughs, creating more choice and more reservations available for diners.
How do I find restaurants and menus participating in New York Restaurant Week?
You could find participating restaurants here and click on any restaurant to learn more about its offerings. Please note that not all restaurants can choose to publish their menu. Be sure to check which weeks they are in, what meals they offer, and check their website for opening hours.
Are the offers available every day?
In general, restaurants have opted for certain meal times on weekdays. Check their websites for regularly scheduled opening hours and closures. Saturday is excluded from the programme; Participation on Sunday is optional.
Will take-out and/or delivery options be available?
Takeout and/or delivery is not an official component of New York Restaurant Week Winter 2023.
Are masks and vaccination certificate mandatory for eating indoors?
New York City no longer requires the use of masks and proof of vaccination for indoor dining. However, he recommended its use due to the increase in cases of respiratory viruses.
