NEW JERSEY — Now visit the huge mall from American Dream from New York City will be easier.
This is because NJ TRANSIT will resume express bus service on weekdays, meaning Monday through Friday, from Midtown Manhattan to the great entertainment mall. Two weekday departures from the Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) provide a direct trip to American Dream, with two return trips in the evening.
“This is a great example of how transportation can help drive the economy,” said New Jersey Department of Transportation Commissioner and NJ TRANSIT Board President Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti. “The additional weekday transit service to American Dream is a win for our customers and our environment.”

NJ TRANSIT Bus Route #355 offers two weekday departures from the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 10:00 am and 12:30 pm, with express service directly to American Dream. Two return trips depart from American Dream at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm
The trip between PABT and American Dream takes less than half an hour under normal traffic conditions.
On weekends, NJ TRANSIT offers hourly express service from the terminal in Midtown to American Dream from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Return service to PABT departs American Dream every hour from 10:00 am to 11:00 p.m.
Additionally, NJ TRANSIT provides daily service to American Dream via three local bus routes:
- Autobús no. 85 Hoboken/Union City – American Dream.
- bus no. 703 Haledon-Paterson-East Rutherford.
- bus no. 772 Paramus – Hackensack – American Dream
