Rodrigue Mboumba Bissawou’s gesture is in line with the equal opportunities policy advocated by Ali Bongo Ondimba. “The Head of State has made equal opportunities at school a priority. The fight against inequalities must be waged at school. We must offer all young Gabonese, wherever they live in Gabon, the same chances, the same opportunities to succeed in their studies. Today, this notably involves access to computers, the mastery of which is decisive for access to employment,” the donor reminded us a few weeks ago. “I want ministers who go into the field in contact with the people, and not ministers who spend their day in air-conditioned offices”, underlined the number one Gabonese last January the day after the appointment of the current government.
