NY to open amusement parks and summer camps

New York State will allow amusement parks to open in early April and night camps to open this summer as long as they submit reopening plans to the state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said.

Cuomo said arcades and other indoor family entertainment centers can open at 25% capacity starting March 26.

Outdoor amusement parks can open to a third of their normal capacity before April 9, while day and night camps can start planning to reopen this summer.
