NVIDIA has reminded that it will take part in the international electronics exhibition CES 2023. The manufacturer will broadcast GeForce Beyond on January 3 at 19:00 Moscow time with the announcement of new products. According to available information, the highlight of the presentation will be the announcement of mobile video cards GeForce RTX 4090, RTX 4080 and RTX 4070. Perhaps the company will also introduce mobile video cards of the middle and lower segments of the new generation.
Furthermore, the manufacturer will introduce the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti desktop graphics card. This is the same accelerator that was introduced about two months ago under the name GeForce RTX 4080 12GB. As a result, NVIDIA refused to releaseapparently realizing that the release of two video cards of the same name (the company also released the GeForce RTX 4080 model with 16GB of memory), but significantly different in characteristics, is not the best marketing decision.
The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti uses the AD104-400 GPU with 7680 CUDA cores running at up to 2610 MHz. The accelerator received 12 GB of GDDR6X memory with a bus width of 192 bits, a speed of 21 Gb / s per contact and a bandwidth of 504GB/s. The declared level of energy consumption of new items is 285 watts.
According to the latest rumors, the start of sales of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is scheduled for January 5th. Independent reviews of the novelty should appear the day before.
