She recommended eating strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, as they are one of the foods full of antioxidants and fiber as well, with the possibility of adding them to breakfast cereals or yogurt, or enjoying them as a snack on their own.

She pointed out that fatty fish comes next on the list, because they are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids that can increase good cholesterol levels and reduce harmful cholesterol, including salmon and mackerel.

She explained that avocado is a great fruit for obtaining healthy fats that help lower cholesterol. However, it is better to eat half a fruit per day, because it is rich in fats.

She confirmed that garlic contains compounds that can reduce cholesterol and high blood pressure, and therefore it can be added to various healthy dishes.

She drew attention to the fact that nuts, such as almonds and walnuts, contain healthy fats and fiber that can be added to breakfast meals, sprinkled on salads, or simply enjoyed as a snack during the day.

She reported that vegetables are a great source of fiber that can lower cholesterol levels, so you can eat broccoli and cabbage.

As for sweets, dark chocolate can contribute to maintaining heart health, but it must be consumed in moderation, and it must also contain at least 70% cocoa.
