PBNU Vice President Nusron Wahid said the mayor of Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka his objection was on the billboard for NU Week of Sports and Arts (Porseni). Nusron said Gibran objected to him during a meeting at Solo City Hall.
Reported detik JatengOn Monday (12/19/2022), Nusron said he came to ask for permission to install billboards to animate NU Porseni. Gibran’s face was displayed on the billboard.
“Joke-jokeOf jokes like this. It’s in order public support We at Porseni take it upon ourselves to have billboards in front of NU schools to make NU Porseni successful in Solo,” Nusron said when meeting at Solo City Hall.
Nusron said the committee had prepared a billboard design with a photo Gibran inside. “Because there was an activity in Solo, we had designed a photo of Mas Gibran, it turned out that Mr. Gibran asked not to publish the photo. But already kadung (obvious) of Press again, yes here it is joke (Just kidding),” he continued.
Nusron said there are about 3,400 MI schools in Central Java. The billboards that will be installed, he continued, will not only have images of faces Gibran Sure, but there’s also a photo of UN President Yahya Cholil Staquf.
“Just for the context of Mas Wali as a presenter, i No I know he doesn’t like it,” he concluded.
