The water comes from a broken pipe of the central heating boiler, a fire spokesman said. The nursing home on Burgemeester Neetstraat has 76 homes for the elderly. At least eighteen homes had to be evacuated. The advice to the residents is to seek shelter with family or friends for the time being, because the meter cupboards need to be replaced.
