We are looking for exciting profiles for our pool of employees in the Bern region

Quality of Life is a private one Spitex company, which enables people to live independently at home for as long as possible. The Relationship with our customers at the center at all times. We’re looking for them Region of Berne after a trained Nursing assistant SRK or Nursing Assistant (AGS).

This is your field of activity

• Giving the customer the feeling of appreciation, care and technically competent and warm-hearted support
• Support with basic care (body hygiene, showering, bathing, medical skin care, shaving, combing, dental care, going to the toilet, incontinence care, etc.)
• Taking on household chores (e.g. preparing food, general cleaning, shopping, caring for clothes, changing laundry)
• Care in the form of doctor visits, therapies, walks, games and reading aloud
• Proper electronic care documentation after each use
• They each work with the same customers on site so that a trusting relationship can be built up
• Temporary assignments at partner institutions (nursing homes) are also possible
• Your assignments will be split shifts on agreed days, preferably available Monday-Friday and willing to work every other weekend

• High empathy
• Flexible and responsible way of working
• You must have successfully completed the training as a nursing assistant (AGS) or the SRK nursing assistant course or an equivalent training course recognized in Switzerland
• Good verbal and written skills in German
• You are at home in the Bern region
• You must have a driving license and a car
• They are open to hourly wage employment
