Salary: salary calculated with 100% of professional experience (private, public) + security practice

General missions:

The agent provides care of a preventive, curative or palliative nature, aimed at promoting, maintaining and restoring health.
He/she contributes to health education and supports individuals or groups on their care journey according to their life project. The nurse works as part of a multi-professional team, in structures and at home, independently and collaboratively.
He/she participates in the development and implementation of the service project as part of the establishment project.

Description of specific tasks for a job:

– patient reception and information
– Coordination, organization and execution of nursing activities before and after surgery
– Collaboration with the control team (enteritis nurse, psychologist, dietitian, physiotherapist) to return the patient to autonomy
– Management of return home and collaboration in thinking about the future of patients with the different stakeholders
– Participation in the management of logistics resources (various orders) and the use of IT tools
– Participation in the management of students (nurses, caregivers.)
– Preparing and managing patient files
– All activities related to general missions

Day shift, night shift, 12 hours with variable rest.
