Webster, NY – A licensed nurse practitioner, Sandra Miceli, who operated a natural wellness center called “Surviving Naturally” in Webster, has been hit with a significant fine for orchestrating a fraudulent vaccination scheme that affected 116 children across New York State. Criminal Penalties and Restrictions
As a consequence of her actions, Miceli has already paid a significant fine of $30,000, and additional penalties loom if she fails to maintain full compliance with public health regulations. These penalties include permanent exclusion from the New York State Immunization Information System and a ban on administering any immunizations required to be reported to the system.
