Suara.com – Action persecution allegedly committed by Police Chief Nunukan AKBP Syaiful Anwar against his men. This incident was caught on CCTV cameras and the video viral on social media.
In the 43-second video, it was initially seen that the victim was standing next to a table with a cone of rice on it.
Behind the table is a banner that reads Baksos Akabri 1999 Cares.
Next, came a veiled woman approached the table. He seemed to shift the table and then the victim tried to help.

Suddenly, Nunukan Police Chief came and without further ado, immediately kicked the victim’s genitals.
It doesn’t stop there. Syaiful Anwar then threw a crude bogem at the victim’s face until he fell down.
When the victim was helpless, Syaiful Anwar kicked the victim again.
The Head of Public Relations of the North Kalimantan Police, Kombes Budi Rachmat, confirmed the incident.
Currently, the person concerned is being investigated by the Propam Sector on the orders of the North Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General Bambang Kristiyono,

“Due to the viral incident, the Head of the Nunukan Police, the Kaltara Police Chief ordered the Propam Head to carry out an initial examination,” said Deary when confirmed, Monday (10/25/2021).
In addition, Deary said that Bambang had also ordered the Karo HR of the North Kalimantan Police to immediately deactivate the Nunukan Police Chief, Syaiful Anwar. This was done for inspection purposes.
“Then Karo SDM will issue a SKEP to disable the Nunukan Police Chief,” he said.
