Number of positive tests continues to rise, now almost 8000

In the hospitals, the occupancy increased again. There are now 1042 people with corona in hospital. Yesterday there were 1021. The number of hospital patients in intensive care remained virtually the same (increase from 217 to 218).

13 deceased covid patients were reported to RIVM. In the past seven days, RIVM recorded an average of 12 deaths a day, compared to 10 deaths a day a week earlier.
