Number of people with diabetes will continue to rise in the next 20 years – NOS Radio 1 Journaal

It is not possible to get diabetes under it. In fact, the number of people with diabetes will only increase in the next 20 years. This has emerged from new research by the RIVM and Nivel, commissioned by the Diabetes Fund. Last year there were more than 1.1 million people with diabetes. It is expected that by 2040 there will be more than 1.3 million.
