Nuevo Casas Grandes City Council Approves Donation of Land for Free Internet Project

New Big Houses.- Unanimously, the councilors of the Nuevo Casas Grandes City Council approved the donation of land for the installation of the matrix project that will provide free Internet in all public spaces, which will be built by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE).

As part of a nationwide project, the city was selected to begin the installation of this new communication network next month, which promises to guarantee a high-quality flow of free Internet, which will be powered by fiber optic technology.

It was in the first Council session in October, when it was announced through a letter issued by the Commission that the municipality would be favored with this project for which the investment is still unknown, but which will be distributed by air with 364 poles to be installed in public places that They promise full coverage in Nuevo Casas Grandes.

The project matrix will be installed on a 10 by 10 meter plot of land in the Macroplaza Bicentenario, in a location in front of the building that will be the City Theater; From this central antenna support will be provided to distribute the signal to all the public areas of the Nuevo Casas Grandes.

It is estimated that after the approval of the members of the City Council, the CFE will begin work starting next month.
