Wind-wind

Namibia That caused an uproar from three tourists who came there on holiday. They took nude pictures in the Namib Desert that became iconic.

Reported by the BBC on Friday (26/4), the Namibian authorities condemned tourists who were standing naked on the sand dunes of Big Daddy. The three unnamed men are now being sought.

“They may be blacklisted at any tourist destination in Namibia,” said a tourism ministry spokesman.

During the photo taking, tourists who happened to be there were also shocked. They demanded strong action against such misbehavior.

Kenneth Nependa, the deputy chairman of the Namibia Tourism Association, said that such behavior risks attracting tourists who think that anything is allowed there.

“This is absolutely disgraceful and really creates a bad image for Namibia,” said Nependa.

Nependa said the Big Daddy sand dunes are not only a relaxing place for tourists but also for families.

Authorities are not sure who took the photo of the three of them naked on the sand dune. Their clothes were lying next to them.

Romeo Muyunda, spokesperson for the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, said this behavior was very surprising. He said that acts of public obscenity are punishable under Namibian law.

“We urge tourists to be aware so they do the right thing,” he said.

It was known that the tourists left the country when the authorities received the report. He appealed to the citizens of Namibia to work together to report violations in national parks to the authorities.

The Big Daddy sand dunes are one of the three largest dunes in the Namib-Naukluft National Park in Namibia. One of the greatest products in the world. This sand dune is famous for its amazing views.
