The intention is indeed to close the power stations all, as stipulated in the law on nuclear phase-out. There will be a subsidy mechanism to encourage investors to invest in replacement capacity, and the subsidies must not increase the energy bill.
This means that in the autumn of 2021 next year, the support for the first gas-fired power stations can be auctioned. Afterwards, in November next year, it will be checked again whether the conditions have been met. If that were not the case, an emergency scenario is started up to keep two nuclear power stations open.
