Nubia strikes again in the gaming smartphone segment with the launch of the new Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro Plus and RedMagic 8 Pro. For now, the launch has only been made in China, but most likely the two smartphones could be available soon in some online stores .
Both models arrive equipped with the latest high-end processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, thus ensuring the best level of performance currently possible. It also allows them to claim the title of the first gaming smartphones to arrive with Qualcomm’s new chip.
What does Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro Plus offer us?
The new top of the gaming range comes equipped with a 6.8 ″ OLED panel with FHD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 960Hz touch response speed. To ensure the best possible performance during gaming sessions, users can rely on two shoulder triggers with a response rate of 520Hz.
As already mentioned, controlling the center of operations is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, supported by up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
In the photographic sector, the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro Plus has a triple rear camera, consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP secondary sensor (ultra wide angle) and a third 2 MP sensor (macro). On the front panel there is a 16MP camera located under the screen.
As expected in this type of smartphone, users can also count on a new cooling system – ICE 11.0 – which promises to keep the internal temperature of the smartphone low, even when it is running at full power.
