Article 44[Cancellation of the match (stopping before the start of the match)]
(1) Matches may be canceled due to natural disasters such as bad weather or earthquakes, cancellation recommendations from public institutions, suspension of public transportation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “force majeure”), or due to the team’s responsibility. .
(2) The cancellation of the match and the reason for the cancellation (force majeure or team responsibility) will be determined as follows.
① Until the opening of the stadium that will host the match: The representative director will decide based on consultation with the managing management representative.
② From the opening of the previous edition until kickoff: The match commissioner will decide based on consultation with the managing representative, match manager, venue manager, and match official.
(3) If the reason for canceling the match is force majeure, the following items will apply.
① If postponement is possible: The match will be rescheduled.
② If postponement is not possible: The match will be deemed to have taken place, and both teams will be awarded 2 points and 14 points (2 tries, 2 goals).
③ If the reason for the cancellation of a match is attributable to the team, the match will be deemed to have been held and points and points will be handled in accordance with Article 4.
