The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine has approved new sanctions. In particular, against persons associated with the opening of the so-called representation of Nicaragua in the occupied Crimea.

“The next question is the issue of applying personal sanctions against those people who opened a Nicaraguan office in Crimea. These are eight individuals – four citizens of Nicaragua and four citizens of the Russian Federation,” he said.
In addition, a decision was made on sanctions against three aircraft that are currently operated in the United States. The NSDC secretary added that the plane of the People’s Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk has been at the airport since the first day of sanctions and has not taken off anywhere.
