Dutch Railways has been experiencing disruption to its online journey planner since 7:47am on Tuesday morning. The outage affects both the NS website and the app. It is not known what is causing the problem.

NS says they are working on a solution. An expected end time for the session has not yet been announced. For urgent cases, travel information is available by phone through 0900-9292, NS says. Calling the line costs 1 euro per minute. Travelers looking to plan international trips are directed to the NS International website.
