In October, the trains were already more than three quarters full compared to before corona. “Now, however, we are back at 50 percent occupancy,” says Rintel. “If there are hardly any commuters due to the lockdown, the question is whether you should drive extra rush hour trains. The same goes for nightlife or night trains, now that everything is closed.”
