The radiology and neurology services of Mantes en Yvelines are looking for a practitioner qualified to carry out these procedures as part of the launch of the thrombectomy activity in the treatment of ischemic stroke. This activity is part of a priority project carried out by our hospital group “Yvelines Nord” and supported by the ARS Ile de France. 1000 strokes are treated annually in our territory and the development of this activity appears essential for the population of our region who, too far from expert centers, are deprived of the possibilities of satisfactory functional recovery. A team of 3 practitioners has already been formed; a fourth is expected for the start of activity planned for early 2025 in connection with the NRI service at Foch hospital as center B.
