NRG has decided to make some major changes to their Valorant roster. The North American organization has decided to part with two players, one of whom is a Valorant Champion Tour winner.
Not only was Austin “crash” Roberts released, but so was Max “Demon1” Mazanov. As for why these two left the team, for Crashies we were told it was due to his contract expiring soon, and for Demon1, NRG said, “He’s too good to stay on the bench, so we’re giving him a chance to shine elsewhere.
Since we are still in the early stages of the offseason, NRG has plenty of time to decide who they will choose to replace the two Valorant stars. Either way, expect more listings to be announced in the coming weeks and days.
