From 1 January 2023, service stations will not sell petrol, diesel, propane butane and methane at a state discount of 25 cents per litre. According to a decision of the National Assembly, after December 31, the payment of compensation for refueling per litre/kilogram of fuel will be suspended, recalls the NRA.
The anti-crisis measure to help individuals was introduced on July 9, after the entry into force of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the State Budget Law of Bulgaria (ZID of ZDBRB) for 2022. Initially, it was accepted that The Article 25 rebate would apply until the BGN 150 million set in the budget is exhausted, and subsequently another BGN 38 million has been allocated to continue until the end of this year.
