On Tuesday, the Frogner district committee will meet. Then they will vote on whether parts of Drammensveien will get a new name.
“We change the name of Drammensveien from Solli plass to Bygdøy allé (through Skillebekk and Skarpsno) to Ukrainas gate”.
This is the proposal MDG made in the Environment and Urban Development Committee for Frogner district this week. On Tuesday next week, the city council will vote on the proposal for the roughly 1.5 km long stretch of street to be given a new name.
– The proposal was positively received by everyone in the committee meeting this week. Now the other parties will discuss the proposal, and we hope that as many as possible will support it, says group leader in MDG in the city council, Maja K. Rynning.
