Election campaigning is prohibited on the Day of Reflection. It is inadmissible to distribute new campaign materials on the day of reflection, as well as to destroy materials placed in accordance with the legal requirements in the places designated by the mayor of the relevant municipality. There is also a ban on the use of municipal and state transport for campaigning both during the entire 30-day information campaign and on the Sabbath designated for reflection.
It is also prohibited to distribute campaign materials at a distance of less than 50 meters from the polling stations, and those placed near the stations must be removed by the municipal administration or the regional election commissions. The introduction of a ban on the sale of alcohol on the day of reflection is made at the discretion of the mayor of the relevant municipality by order.
The number of voters on the electoral lists for the presidential and vice-presidential elections is 6,834,278 people, for the national referendum there are 6,832,288 voters on the voting lists.
A total of 90,455 voters have the right to vote for the partial elections for mayors, which will be held in three locations. 88,882 of them have the right to vote for mayor of Mladost region, 771 for mayor of Grohotno town hall and 802 for mayor of Drumevo town hall.
The total number of sections abroad is 325 in 71 countries. Over 35 will be only in Great Britain – their exact number is 53, in Turkey and the USA there are 35 each, in the other countries they are below this number.
