Novak Djokovic remains on course for his eighth Wimbledon title! Novak defeated Andrey Rublev 4-6, 6-1, 6-4, 6-3 on Center Court, extending his incredible winning streak and taking on Jannik Sinner in the semifinals.
Novak played his 400th match at the majors, becoming the second male player to do so after Roger Federer. Also, the Serb reached his 12th Wimbledon semi-final and celebrated his 33rd consecutive win at the All England Club, bringing him closer to Bjorn Borg and Roger Federer.
Rublev started promising before Djokovic shifted up a gear in set number two. The Serb prevailed in the closing stages of the third set, breaking serve twice in the fourth set to take the lead and stay on course for the title.

Novak served at 50% in the opener and lost serve in the second half of the set after missed chances. They served well in the first five games before Andrey struggled at 2-3.
The Russian fended them off and hit a forehand crosscourt winner to win the game and gain a boost. Novak missed a cue ball at 4-4 and was broken after Andrey’s attack and a forehand winner. Rublev served for the opener in game ten, holding after a service winner to build a 6-4 lead after 45 minutes.
Djokovic upped his level in the second set, breaking his opponent twice in a row to win him early on. Novak held at love in the first game and grabbed a break in the next.
Djokovic saved two break points in the third game and then secured a break with a backhand return winner shortly afterwards. The Serb finished the set with a good hold in game seven to level the aggregate and gain a boost.
Rublev created five break chances early and late in the third set. Djokovic prevented them to keep his serve intact, earning a break in game five to make the difference.
The Serb fought back in the second game from 40-15 and gained an advantage with a return game at 2-2. Novak served when the score was 5-4 for the set and the game turned into a rollercoaster ride.
Rublev thwarted four set points and created three break chances but missed them, allowing Djokovic to capitalize on the fifth set point and take a two-set lead. Novak broke Andrey in the third game of set four, holding well to maintain the lead.
Djokovic hit a backhand winner for three match points on return in the ninth game. Novak converted second and took the lead to move into the last four.
