In an interview with Al-Ittihad, he announced the establishment of a legislative and legal structure that would help attract and attract investors to participate in the development of the health sector services affiliated to the Corporation, aiming at the establishment of a national sending policy. of certified academic students and students to study for a bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s and doctorate in various fields of health. .

Al Qasimi said: “The Foundation, in partnership with the private sector, has provided some services, the most important of which are laboratories, radiology and dialysis services in outpatient clinics in Foundation hospitals that provide this service.”
He added: “During the partnership with the private sector, the Corporation has preserved the national frameworks present in these services, as we have put in place the necessary arrangements to ensure the continuity of the work of these citizens in their work and with the same benefits that they were granted ».
He stressed that the most important goal of the partnership with the private sector in providing some of the Foundation’s services is to achieve the highest level of services globally, implementing the vision and strategy of the state and rational government, explaining that these services are evaluated on the basis of data and indicators subject to periodic follow-up and annual measurement, it is also modified according to the results and trends of the country.
It also announced the development of a legal mechanism for the amicable settlement of disputes, preserving the full rights of the auditors or the institution, within the strong legislative and procedural system established by the institution and working to complement or develop the necessary ones. in the next period.
He said the department is working to implement the state’s digital transformation strategy, through the establishment of a special program for decisions to accelerate digital delivery, accuracy and archiving, and are underway. work to launch a legal advisory program in February 2023.
He pointed to the drafting of administrative contracts in implementation of the government’s strategy in the field of partnership with the private sector, noting that the Corporation has drafted many legislations in the field of health service provision, as well as standard comparisons at the local, regional and international and the number of legislations has reached 12 different legislations.

Al Qasimi indicated that the administration worked on the preparation of the organizational structure of the institution in collaboration with the departments concerned, in line with the strategy of the state, separating the legislative and supervisory aspect in the federal health sector, from the operational and executive health care facilities, where the first matter is carried out by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, regarding the Emirates Corporation for Health Services in the second (operational) part.
He said: “The goal of the entire healthcare industry is to serve the citizen, resident and visitor and, from this point of view, Emirates Health Services Corporation works to provide healthcare services to the highest international standards and of high quality. . ”
He added: “For this, we have worked on contracts between the Foundation and other entities to develop the work system and preserve rights.”
He said the revenue cycle was developed in collaboration with the finance department, noting that among the issues being worked on is that there should be legal representatives in every medical facility affiliated with the institution, especially hospitals, who they represent the legal department of the institution, and therefore we are working to qualify the national legal frameworks to manage this command.

He affirms that among the issues on which the Foundation is currently focusing, the dissemination of awareness and health legal culture, as an important focus for presenting the legal aspects that govern the relationship to the public and partners.
