Notre Dame de Paris Musical Returns to New York City for 25th Anniversary Celebration

Quasimodo returns to roll his bump in New York. “Notre Dame de Paris”, the famous musical by Luc Plamondon and Richard Cocciante, will take up residence at Lincoln Center (David Koch Theater) from Thursday June 22 to Sunday July 16 on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the cult show. The tickets are on sale.

This is not the first time that the show inspired by the famous novel by Victor Hugo has settled in the Big Apple. A series of performances took place in July 2022, at Lincoln Center already. After the “triumph” (according to the promotion) met by this first experience, the merry troupe had to come back. Twenty-seven performances interpreted in French will be organized over four weeks. Note the presence in the cast of Daniel Lavoie who has played the role of the villainous Frollo since the beginning of the musical.

Performed in twenty-seven countries and translated into nine different languages, “Notre Dame de Paris” has been seen and heard by 15 million people around the world. A great success driven by hits like “Belle”, “Le temps des Cathédrales” and “Vivre”.
