The Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research (National Education Sector) announced on Friday the launch of the preparation process for the election of representatives of the officials in joint administrative committees, a step intended “to consolidate the value of consultation and representative practice”.
With a view to a good and rigorous organization of this deadline, the ministry has set up a central commission and regional and provincial commissions responsible, each according to its respective prerogatives, for the management of different phases of this deadline within the deadlines. assigned, we said in a press release.
In order to allow all registered voters to exercise their duty in an environment of responsibility and massive participation, the ministry reports the publication of the nominal lists of voters in the various public educational institutions, training centers , regional offices, regional education and training academies, and central services.
While urging all of its officials to inquire about the said lists, it invites voters whose names have been either omitted or altered and those who find themselves imprecise in their administrative situation to contact, during the period from April 23 to 7 next May, the service to which they report to submit their registration or rectification requests, accompanied by the data helping to make the appropriate decision.
The correction operation is carried out under the responsibility of the direct managers, who will personally contact – depending on the case – the competent commission (central, regional or provincial) during the dedicated period.
The ministry calls on the actors concerned and the social partners to a broad mobilization to carry out this deadline and to make it an occasion to consecrate the spirit of citizenship and responsibility which distinguishes from the family of education and training.
