Notice of Request for Approval of Transfer of Insurance Contracts by Zurich International (UK) Limited and Navigators and General Insurance Company Limited to Zurich Insurance Ireland Limited

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 324-1 and L. 364-1 of the Insurance Code, the insurance companies Zurich International (UK) Limited and Navigators and General Insurance Company Limited, both having their registered office The Zurich Center , 3000 Parkway, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7JZ (Great Britain), have submitted a request to the British supervisory authorities for approval of the transfer of their respective portfolios of insurance contracts, taken out under the freedom to provide services and corresponding to risks located in France, at the British branch of the company Zurich Insurance Ireland Limited, whose head office is Eagle Star House, Ballsbridge Park, Dublin 4 (Ireland), and the special headquarters for Great Britain The Zurich Centre, 3000 Parkway, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7JZ.
A period of two months from the publication of this notice is given to the creditors of these companies to formulate their observations on the planned transfers.
These observations must be presented in writing, by registered mail, to the secretariat of the Insurance Companies Committee, Ministry of the Economy, Industry and Employment, General Directorate of the Treasury and Economic Policy (Service of the financing of the economy, Assur 2 office, teledoc 324), 139, rue de Bercy, 75572 Paris Cedex 12.
