Broadcast of the annual meeting
The annual meeting will be broadcast digitally. You can watch the broadcast on a computer, tablet or mobile phone. All members who have paid their membership fee by March 10th will have a link to the broadcast sent to them on the morning of March 11th.
Please note that it will not be possible to vote or ask questions digitally. At the annual meeting in 2021, a decision in principle was made that IFK Gothenburg will in the future enable digital participation at the association’s annual meetings. If the board judged that an amendment to the articles of association was required, such an amendment would be proposed. The board has investigated the issue and assesses that an amendment to the articles of association is required to implement the decision in principle. The matter will be dealt with in more detail in connection with the board’s response to received motions being presented.
Voting at the annual meeting
Keep in mind that the association’s statutes require that the membership fee must have been paid two months before the annual meeting, i.e. January 11, in order to have the right to vote at the annual meeting.
Please note that it will not be possible to vote or ask questions via the broadcast.
