Therefore, the start time will be moved forward by 15 minutes as follows.

Refunds cannot be made after the refund period has passed, so please be sure to complete the procedure within the period.
Also, if you have purchased multiple tickets, you cannot refund only one of the two tickets.
The ticket will be invalid after the refund procedure is completed. Cancellation after the procedure is completed is not possible at all.
