Just a few days ago, Nothing introduced its new Nothing Phone (2) smartphone. Official sales will start only on Monday, and he has already received his first update.
What’s new
Judging by the changelog, the update turned out to be quite significant. This primarily concerns the camera: added portrait mode with support for 2x zoom, motion capture supported in 50 MP mode, optimized HDR performance “from all directions”, better photo clarity at zoom ratios from 4x to 10x, improved camera quality in third-party applications and reduced latency when shooting videos, which also receive an improved stabilization algorithm.
In addition, the manufacturer has improved battery and charging performance in extreme conditions, wireless charging, network stability, face unlock and fingerprint sensor performance.
It also fixes bugs related to the Quick Settings extension and NFC, as well as general, unnamed bugs.
The update is distributed “over the air” and weighs 105 MB.
