(Boursier.com) – The Meilleurtaux Group has learned of the opening of legal proceedings against the director of its franchise agency in Angers. The Meilleurtaux Group immediately takes the following measures to protect the clients of this agency:
– suspension of the attribution of any new client, in particular from its website;
– suspension of access to company systems pending clarification of the situation.
A specific communication will be sent, from tomorrow, to the clients of the Angers branch.
In addition, the Meilleurtaux Group carried out with immediate effect an internal investigation with its Angers branch in order to identify any shortcomings and liability that led to this situation.
If the facts are confirmed, the Meilleurtaux Group reserves the right to bring any disciplinary or legal action against the director of its Angers branch to protect its brand and its customers.
