Marie-Cécile Sapa, 29, became a doctor of medicine with a DES in general surgery. After eleven years of studies, in front of Professor Sybille Facca from Strasbourg, Professor Gilles Dautel from Nancy, Professor Philippe Liverneaux from Strasbourg, Professor Philippe Gicquel and Doctor Stéphanie Gouzou from Strasbourg, his family and friends, Marie-Cécile Sapa presented his thesis entitled: “Insufficient results after pollicization of the index finger in congenital hand deformities”. The jury awarded him the very honorable mention with the congratulations of the jury.
Marie-Cécile Sapa began her education at the nursery school of Laix, then at the primary school of Chenières, to then enter the college and high school Saint-Pierre-Chanel in Thionville, where she obtained her baccalaureate S with the honors. After the first six years at the Faculty of Medicine in Nancy, she continued her internship in Strasbourg.
Since 1is November 2020, she works as Head of Clinic in the hand surgery department of Strasbourg University Hospital.
