There are only a few episodes left before we find out who Bachelor Niko Griesert is giving his last rose to. But we would like to have the answer now. So we played a little detective and took a closer look at the Instagram profiles of the remaining candidates – and found a crucial clue as to who could get the last rose.
Every week, the Bachelor candidates diligently share pictures from the show on their Instagram channels. These can either be pictures of romantic dates, but also small “behind the scenes” pictures from the villa or from the night of the roses. During the last Bachelorette season, we noticed that one man in particular shared a conspicuous number of pictures that showed him together with Bachelorette Melissa: your chosen Leander. No wonder, while he is still in love with Melissa after the show, the rest of the men probably had little desire to constantly show themselves on their profile with the bachelorette after a rebuff. Instead, they preferred to post pictures with their colleagues. A completely natural behavior. We could well imagine that the Bachelor candidates would do the same thing …
These candidates post the most pictures with Niko
Without further ado, we looked at the profiles of the remaining candidates and looked for anomalies. And what shall we say? None of the women posted so many pictures with Niko. So we hope that in the end he doesn’t match his predecessor Sebastian Preuss and doesn’t choose any of the women. However, we are not assuming that this is the case, because we are actually seeing patterns in the posting behavior of the candidates again this year. Most of them only posted a picture with themselves and Niko if they subsequently had a single date. Candidates like Linda or Jacqueline B., who have not yet been able to get hold of one, accordingly even did not upload a picture with Niko. Two candidates, however, also posted pictures of themselves and the bachelor’s degree, for example how they talked on the night of the roses. These are two women who are already favorites: Mimi and Michèle.
Another clue points to the winner
Both candidates have so far posted a total of two pictures with Niko. Nevertheless, we believe we can use this index to guess to whom Niko will ultimately give the last rose. Because if we look at the behavior of the two in the episodes, we can hardly imagine one of them that after a basket she uploads even more pictures with Niko than absolutely necessary. She would surely be too hurt for that. We are of course talking about Mimi. Because in the season she makes it clear to Niko again and again that she is injured when he pays more attention to her fellow campaigners than to her. And it is his attention to competitor Michèle that bothers her particularly. So we can hardly imagine that Mimi and Niko would leave the show as friends, should he give Michèle the last rose. This, on the other hand, has a much less emotional effect, so we would rather trust her to post pictures with the Bachelor even after being rejected.
