There are some particularly protected holidays in November. For them and Christmas Day, there are special legal requirements from the Sunday and public holiday law in conjunction with the city of Bad Waldsee‘s closing time regulations, which are referred to. Dancing bans: Public dance entertainment is prohibited on these days and at the following times: On All Saints’ Day, Friday, November 1st, and on Penance and Prayer Day, Wednesday, November 20th, from 2 a.m. to midnight, on Remembrance Day, Sunday, November 17th, and on Remembrance Day (Sunday of the Dead), November 24th, from 1 a.m. to midnight. The same applies to dance entertainment by clubs and closed societies in economic areas.
Public events: On Remembrance Day (Sunday of the Dead), November 24th, public events in rooms with bar service that go beyond bar and dining operations are not permitted from 1 a.m. onwards. Other public events are also prohibited unless they serve to honor the holiday or serve a greater interest in art, science or popular education, according to the message.
Public sporting events may only begin from 11 a.m. on Christmas Day, December 25th.
