According to Viktoras Račkovskis, the director of 1Partner LT, the continuing growth of apartment prices in big cities is not very surprising, but the extremely rapid rise in prices in October in Klaipėda raises various questions. Perhaps this is a one-off price change and we will see a stabilization of prices in the coming months, but perhaps it is also some of the impact of the rising price of the coast. Currently in Klaipeda House is the cheapest in the entire coastal segment, so it is noticeable that the eyes of potential buyers or investors are increasingly turning to the port city market. For the time being, it is difficult to predict how housing prices will change in Klaipėda, but if the current rising trends in Palanga and Šventoji continue, it is very likely that Klaipėda will become more and more interesting for potential second home buyers.
