SOLO, KOMPAS.TV – The 13th salary for the state civil apparatus (ASN) will be disbursed 1 starting June 2021. Those who receive not only civil servants (PNS) but also other state apparatus, ranging from people’s representatives in Senayan, president and vice president, special staff , deputy ministers, governors and regents.
This is as stated in Government Regulation Number 63 of 2021 concerning the Provision of Holiday Allowances and Thirteenth Salaries to State Apparatus, Retirees, Pension Recipients, and Beneficiaries of 2021.
The following are those who will receive the 13th salary, among others:
- PNS and Candidates for Civil Servants
- Government Employees with Contract Agreements (PPPK)
- TNI soldiers
- Police members

Amount of the 13th Salary that will be Disbursed Starting June 1, 2021
- For civil servants the amount is the same as the basic salary, plus family allowances, food allowances, and job allowances or general allowances.
- Candidates for civil servants in the amount of 80% (eighty percent) of the basic salary for civil servants, family allowances, food allowances and general allowances.
- For the Deputy Minister, a maximum of 85% of the salary given to the Minister.
- For retirees and pension recipients the amount of basic pension, plus family allowances, food allowances, and additional income.
- The amount of other recipients is regulated in PP RI Number 63 of 2021
