Not all is bad and ugly in public transport in our city! Every day I go to work on the 99 bus. As always, there are many people in the early hours of the day. At one of the stops, the control went up. An elegant, middle-aged woman who checked tickets and thanked each passenger for the presented tickets and travel cards. He smiled, treated each of us passengers with attention. Finally, he wished everyone a happy and successful sunny day. Such controllers are rare, unfortunately.
I asked her name and she showed me her business card. Her name is Antonia Kovacheva. This attitude of hers early in the morning filled me with positive emotions and a good start to the working day! Thank you, madam! Let there be more such people, because we, the passengers, sometimes treat those who drive us with disdain and rudeness. Let us be kind and polite like this woman!
