Rachmat Irianto decided to leave his favorite club, Persebaya Surabayabecause his family was terrorized by an unknown person.
Persebya in their official Instagram account announced the reason Irianto left Persebaya. Terror from an unknown person has made his heart hurt and chooses to leave his idol club.
“Rian (Rachmat Irianto) chose not to continue working together for family reasons. The criticism he has received so far has resulted in accusations and terror against the family,” wrote Persebaya.
“It is with a heavy heart that he has to leave the team of his dreams since childhood,” the statement added.
The player who is familiarly called Rian is the son of Persebaya legend Bejo Sugiantoro. He was born in Surabaya and emerged as the young star of the Bajul Ijo team.
His career began in 2016 and was lined up as captain despite his young age. Irianto plays as a defender, but not infrequently he is also plotted as a defensive midfielder.
The 22-year-old player is now a mainstay of the Indonesian national team in the Shin Tae Yong era. After officially leaving Persebaya, Irianto is widely reported to have entered into an agreement with Persib Bandung.
Irianto became a Persebaya player who officially left the City of Heroes following Ricky Kambuaya, Bruno Moreira, Arsenio Valpoort, and Taisei Marukawa.
