Music lovers will get their Nostalgia Feelgood Summer live from Nieuwpoort until August 8. Yesterday afternoon, DJs Bjorn Verhoeven and Leen Demaré opened the Nostalgie Beach radio studio on the seawall of Nieuwpoort with a festive show.

Normally, Nostalgie organizes the Beach Festival on the coast every year, but that has been postponed again to 2022 due to the corona measures. “But of course we wanted to do something for our listeners,” says managing director Tom Klerckx. “That is why we have provided the Walk On Sunshine in Nieuwpoort: two unique Instagram and experience routes along hotspots of Nieuwpoort, where we bring a Nostalgia classic to life in an extra photogenic way at each location. And from today (Saturday, red.) we can therefore be heard and seen every day on the dike from our radio studio here.”
